Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, showcasing products, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
Assist with billing, inventory checks, and stock management when required.
Follow up with potential customers and generate repeat business.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
Requirements
High School Diploma / Any Degree.
1–3 years of experience in retail or showroom sales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
