About the Role
Rachita Construction is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executives (Male & Female) to promote our residential and commercial construction projects and building solutions across Nashik.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and are looking to build a successful career in the construction and real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field marketing, site visits, referrals, and customer interactions.
Promote residential and commercial construction projects to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project updates.
