Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to generate and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Contact prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
