We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Warehousing Executive to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient movement of goods, accurate inventory records, timely dispatches, and seamless coordination with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with transporters, vendors, and suppliers for smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain warehouse documentation, delivery notes, invoices, and dispatch records.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage and loss.
- Monitor warehouse safety standards and compliance with company policies.
- Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, dispatches, and logistics performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics processes.
- Utilize ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking and warehouse management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
