Ivy Crescent Public School is hiring a dynamic and professional Front Office & Marketing Executive to manage front office operations, admissions support, and marketing activities. Candidates with good communication skills, field marketing experience, and driving ability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front office operations and visitor management
- Attend admission enquiries and counselling of parents/students
- Coordinate school marketing and promotional activities
- Visit schools, institutions, and nearby areas for admission campaigns
- Maintain records, reports, and daily follow-ups
- Coordinate with management and staff for smooth operations
- Support social media and branding activities when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in front office, marketing, or admissions preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Driving is compulsory (valid driving license required)
