Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with authors, educators, and educational institutions. Candidates with prior experience in sales, publishing, education, or business development will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Promote and sell academic book publishing services.
- Build and maintain relationships with professors, researchers, educational institutions, and authors.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or the Publishing Industry is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve sales goals.
