Working Hours
The hours of work for this role are as follows (all times are UK time):
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
UK time is typically 4.5 to 5.5 hours behind IST, depending on daylight-saving time during summer months.
Team Summary
The Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team manages the Nexthink platform and is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing end-user digital experiences across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively identifying performance issues across endpoints and applications.
Ensuring seamless connectivity and system responsiveness.
Providing actionable insights to IT support teams for faster incident resolution.
Maintaining compliance with digital workplace standards.
Enhancing user productivity through proactive monitoring and optimization.
Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven reporting and trend analysis.
The team provides support to users globally.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the configuration, deployment, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of the Nexthink platform.
Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of the Nexthink environment across all endpoints.
Continuously monitor platform health, performance metrics, and endpoint connectivity.
Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting the digital employee experience.
Design, build, and maintain custom dashboards, campaigns, investigations, and alerts based on business requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable Nexthink visualizations and workflows.
Generate and deliver detailed reports and insights on end-user experience, application performance, compliance status, and endpoint health.
