Job Summary
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and site activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
Conduct site measurements and maintain records of work completed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
