We are looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Executive who can handle Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts end-to-end. The role requires strong expertise in catalog management, A+ content, paid campaigns, and account growth, with full ownership of performance and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts end-to-end
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including A+ Content and brand storefronts
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Amazon Ads – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display; Flipkart Ads)
- Drive listing SEO, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization
- Manage pricing, deals, promotions, and festive sale events
- Monitor and improve account health, performance metrics, and ROAS/TACoS
- Handle inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and fulfillment coordination
- Analyze competition and recommend growth strategies
- Manage customer queries, reviews, and escalations independently
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Proven experience in A+ Content creation and optimization
- Hands-on expertise in Amazon & Flipkart paid advertising campaigns
- Ability to independently manage marketplace accounts without supervision
- Strong understanding of marketplace policies, compliance, and best practices
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good to Have
- Experience with Brand Registry, FBA / FBM / Flipkart Smart Fulfilment
- Exposure to other marketplaces (Quick commerce, etc.)
- Experience in Electrical Assesories or consumer product categories
