EFI is looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our Ink Jet Business Unit
Job Description:
Be the primary resource to manage and coordinate EFI’s training resources for Field Service Engineer Training and other in-house training performed in Londonderry, NH and/or Sarasota FL. Coordinate the day-to-day training schedule tracker, Eventzilla listings, and all communication of training information to enrollees/managers/customers/trainees, provide training information upon request to sales and customers, provide training quotes created in Salesforce to customers. Track and communicate all in-house training. Collect Purchase Orders for paid training.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Create new and maintain existing Eventzilla registration pages for ad-hoc and annually scheduled training dates
- Reconcile daily report from Eventzilla with tracking spreadsheet to ensure parallel information
- Respond to scheduling inquiries, changes, and updates from FSE managers, customers, and others.
- Communicate to FSE managers for training dates, available seats, need for an instructor, etc… as needed throughout the week.
- Provide information to Sales and Customers about training options available to them based on their printer
- Create training and send training quotes as needed
- Provide proactive communication about upcoming training, adjustments to schedule, changes in enrollment to enrollees, FSE managers, and customers
- Facilitate meetings with US and EMEA FSE managers to staff instructors for FSE training in both Londonderry and Sarasota locations
- Facilitate meetings with Lexjet product managers about printer availability and scheduled classes in Sarasota partner location
- Prepare reports and updates on scheduled training
Job Requirements:
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours
- Must be extremely well organized
- Strong Excel spreadsheet experience
- Experience with event planning software (Preferably Eventzilla)
- Experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)
- Ability to change priorities rapidly
