Field Sales Executive – Jewellery
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our jewellery collections to retailers and business partners across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit jewellery retailers, distributors, and potential clients to promote our jewellery collections.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Present product catalogues and explain jewellery features, designs, and pricing.
- Negotiate orders, pricing, and payment terms professionally.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
- Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the jewellery industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Graduate preferred.
- Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
