Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores and manage technical & functional operations
- Mentor and train optometrists and store staff
- Ensure quality eye testing, dispensing, QC, and store standards
- Support stores during busy hours and staff shortages
- Drive customer satisfaction (NPS) and in-store revenue
- Conduct audits, reviews, and performance tracking
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Maintain daily reports and documentation
- Coordinate with business teams and attend operational meetings
Requirements
- Diploma in Optometry with 4+ years of retail experience
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of refraction, dispensing, eyewear products & measurements
- Good communication, leadership, and training skills
- Passion for sales, retail, and customer service
- Willingness to travel across India
- Must work weekends/public holidays as per business needs
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
