Job Description:
We are seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and deliver excellent customer service on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and staff activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the floor area
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
