Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify learning and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide personalised special education and remedial support.
- Work with children with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and developmental challenges.
- Track and document student progress and prepare regular reports.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the child's progress and development.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education / Diploma in Special Education or relevant qualification.
- 0–5 years of experience (Freshers with internship experience are welcome).
- Strong communication, empathy, patience, and teaching skills.
- Ability to work with children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
- Preference for candidates living in Anna Nagar, Mogappair, Kilpauk, Koyambedu, Thirumangalam, and nearby locations.
