Sales Intern – Field Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Intern to support our business development and sales activities. The role involves field visits, client meetings, lead generation, and relationship building with potential customers. This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, exploring market opportunities, and learning practical sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and generate business opportunities.
- Identify and approach prospective customers through direct outreach.
- Present company products/services to clients and explain their benefits.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule and attend client meetings with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Update sales records, reports, and CRM data regularly.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Graduate, pursuing graduation, or recent graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting clients and conducting field visits.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or sales experience is a plus.
- Interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Additional Requirements
- Must be comfortable with field sales activities and client visits.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
- Laptop preferred for reporting and communication tasks.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
