We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sr Associate for Solar Module Maintenance Plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of solar modules and related equipment at the plant site.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules and associated systems.
- Inspect solar panels for defects, damage, and performance issues.
- Conduct cleaning, testing, and troubleshooting of modules and electrical connections.
- Monitor plant performance and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for fault rectification.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and plant SOPs.
- Assist in inverter, SCB, and electrical equipment maintenance activities.
- Support shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Follow quality and environmental standards during maintenance work.
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and module maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance checklists.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred.
- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in solar plant maintenance, module manufacturing, or renewable energy industry.
- Candidates from solar, electrical, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Experience in handling solar PV module testing equipment.
- Awareness of safety protocols and industrial maintenance practices.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
