About the Role
Window Techs India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will understand their requirements, provide the right product information, and support the sales team in offering suitable solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and working closely with the sales team. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
* Explain product features and basic technical information in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
* Schedule meetings and coordinate between customers and the sales team.
* Follow up with customers to ensure timely communication and a smooth pre-sales process.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
* Provide pre-sales support to the sales team whenever required.
Eligibility
* B.Tech, Diploma, BCA, or BBA graduates.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Inside Sales will be an added advantage.
