Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and disciplined Production Helpers to assist in day-to-day production activities. The candidate will support machine operators, handle materials, maintain cleanliness in the production area, and ensure smooth workflow in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
- Support machine operators during production activities
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the production area
- Pack, label, and move finished products as instructed
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
- Help in material handling and stacking activities
- Report any machine issues or production problems to supervisors
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials
- Perform other production-related tasks assigned by management
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of production and factory work
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts
- Ability to follow instructions properly
- Hardworking and responsible attitude
- Teamwork and discipline
Qualification
- Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred
