The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate management courses in HR, Marketing, or Finance. The role involves academic delivery, research, student mentoring, and contribution to institutional development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver lectures in areas of HR, Marketing, or Finance as per curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, and case studies.
Use innovative teaching methods (presentations, discussions, simulations).
Conduct assessments, exams, and evaluations.
2. Research & Publications
Engage in research activities and publish papers in reputed journals.
Present research at conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Apply for research grants and funded projects (preferred).
Required Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR / Marketing / Finance with First Class.
PhD in Management (Preferred / As per UGC norms).
NET/SET qualification (if applicable as per university norms).
