About the Role:
LoEstro Advisors is building its Healthcare Investment Banking practice and is looking for an AVP who can operate in a full-stack IB environment—from origination to execution.
This role is ideal for someone currently in IB/consulting looking to step into a high-ownership, deal-driven platform with direct exposure to founders, PE/VC funds, and strategic investors.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end deal execution across M&A and PE/VC transactions
- Build advanced financial models, valuations, and investor materials
- Drive sector-focused coverage in healthcare (hospitals, diagnostics, pharma, healthtech)
- Work closely with founders, CXOs, and investors
- Support deal origination and client pitches
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years in Investment Banking / Transaction Advisory / Strategy Consulting
- Strong deal experience in M&A / PE / VC transactions
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
- Excellent financial modelling & valuation skills
- Ability to independently manage workstreams and client interactions
