Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple hospital branches
- Ensure smooth clinical & administrative coordination
- Drive efficiency, patient flow, and service quality
- Lead branch teams and department heads
- Monitor performance, MIS, and financial outcomes
- Ensure NABH compliance and quality standards
- Improve patient experience and operational systems
Requirements
- MBA / Master’s in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management (Preferred)
- 7–9 years experience in hospital operations
- Experience in multi-branch healthcare management
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
