Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a fast-growing legal-tech platform that enables businesses to digitally stamp, sign, and notarize documents.
This is a field sales role ideal for candidates who are confident, target-driven, and interested in working in a high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet 4–6 clients daily within the assigned area
- Demonstrate the product and explain cost and time-saving benefits
- Close deals and convert prospects into paying clients
- Build relationships with law firms, real estate companies, HR firms, and corporate clients
- Maintain daily updates in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Direct Sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident and presentable personality
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
