Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in injection/blow/extrusion moulding operations
- Ensure production targets are met as per production plan and customer requirements
- Monitor machine performance, cycle times, scrap levels, and downtime
- Ensure proper mould setup, changeovers, and startup approvals
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and SOPs
- Identify and resolve production issues related to moulds, materials, machines, and manpower
- Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, housekeeping (5S), and company policies
- Train, guide, and evaluate production operators and technicians
- Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection data, and efficiency reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as cost reduction, waste minimization, and productivity improvement
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to address non-conformities and corrective actions
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Production Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in plastic moulding operations (Injection)
- Strong knowledge of plastic processing, moulds, raw materials, and machines
- Experience handling manpower and working in shift operations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of production planning and control
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, IATF, etc. – if applicable)
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, production reporting)
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
