1. Calendar & Schedule Management
o Efficiently manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
o Ensure optimal time utilization and avoid scheduling conflicts.
2. Communication & Correspondence
o Draft, review, and manage official emails, letters, and other communications.
o Act as the first point of contact between the Board and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Travel & Logistics
o Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, bookings {air, hotel & cab}, and related logistics.
o Ensure timely arrangements and cost-effective bookings.
4. Meeting Coordination & Documentation
o Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate pre-reads.
o Record minutes of meetings and follow-up on action points.
5. Confidentiality & Information Management
o Handle sensitive information with discretion.
o Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems.
6. Office & Resource Management
o Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
o Manage office supplies, vendors, and other administrative requirements.
7. Task & Project Support
o Assist in the execution of projects assigned by the executive.
o Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
8. Stakeholder Relationship Management
o Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and staff.
o Represent the executive in their absence where required.
9. Reporting & MIS Support
o Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards as per the executive’s requirements.
o Provide timely data for decision-making.
10. Performance & Self-Development
· Continuously upgrade skills in technology, communication, and organization.
