You will drive progress on a fast-track schedule, manage subcontractors and vendors, and maintain accurate site documentation to support billing, reporting, and client communication. Your role will directly impact timely handover, reduction of rework, and overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily interiors execution activities including false ceilings, partitions, flooring, carpentry/joinery, painting/polishing, and coordination of basic MEP interface works as per GFC/approved shop drawings.
- Review architectural, ID, and services drawings; highlight discrepancies/clarifications; and ensure correct implementation on site through clear instructions to contractors.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure adequate manpower, materials, and tools are available at each workfront to meet fast-track project milestones.
- Implement and monitor quality control checks for all interior finishes, ensuring adherence to project specifications, approved samples, and mock-ups, and promptly address snags and non-conformances.
- Enforce site safety practices, toolbox talks, and housekeeping standards in line with company and client EHS requirements, and report any incidents/near-misses.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material receipt/consumption records, site measurement sheets, and support the project team with inputs for planning and billing.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, client/PMC, consultants, and landlord representatives for inspections, approvals, and phased handovers, ensuring clear communication of site constraints and progress.
Essential requirements
- 3-5 years of site execution experience in commercial interiors/office fit-out projects in India
- Hands-on experience in supervising false ceiling, partitions, flooring, carpentry/joinery, painting/polishing, and basic MEP interface works
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, ID, and services drawings and execute as per GFC/approved shop drawings
- Strong experience in daily site supervision, contractor/vendor management, and workfront planning for fast-track interiors
- Experience in preparing and maintaining daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site measurement sheets
- Working knowledge of quality checks for interiors finishes and adherence to safety practices on site
- Willingness to work full-time at site in Pune with extended hours when required to meet deadlines
Bonus qualifications
- Prior experience working with corporate office clients or IT/ITES fit-out projects
- Exposure to coordination with client/PMC/landlord for inspections, approvals, and handovers
- Basic understanding of quantity take-off and support to billing/BOQ verification for interiors works
- Experience in snagging/de-snagging and final handover documentation for interiors projects

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
