Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Architectural Drawings
Prepare detailed architectural working drawings based on concept designs and instructions from architects/senior designers.
Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and detailed drawings.
Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for execution.
2. Structural Drawing:
Prepare structural drawings and detailing. Interpret design calculations and specifications. Ensure drawings follow codes and standards. Coordinate with architects and engineers. Revise drawings based on project changes. Check accuracy and maintain documentation. Support construction team with drawing clarifications.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in commercial or residential design projects is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of lighting design principles and integration.
Experience with project management and client relations.
Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials.
Ensure latest revisions are circulated to all stakeholders.
Maintain drawing register and documentation standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
