About the role:
The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high-pressure environment coordinating the logistics of the CEO of the company. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. The candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver., supports reporting needs and facilitates smooth information flow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate, maintain, and update MIS and internal reports.
- Coordinate with leadership teams to gather data, verify accuracy, and ensure timely submission.
- Take end-to-end ownership of all company databases (clients, MIS, sales/target reports, trackers, etc.).
- Ensure information is accurate, updated, and easily accessible.
- Maintain detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Create and assign tasks to relevant stakeholders, track progress, and actively follow up.
- Escalate delays, roadblocks, or dependencies to the CEO and assist in implementing solutions.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle procurement, documentation, coordination with vendors, and other administrative duties.
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and general upkeep.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Provide executive-level support for both professional and personal tasks.
- Conduct research and execute tasks assigned by the CEO or leadership team — including personal requests related to travel bookings, hotel reservations, budgeting, etc.
- Take ownership of projects from planning through execution.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the CEO as and when needed.
- Be flexible, agile, and willing to support across functions whenever required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
