To Assist Production Head
Production Planning: Build daily and weekly manufacturing schedules to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Floor Management: Supervise bench workers, casters, filers, polishers, and stone setters
Quality Control: Inspect work-in-progress and finished
Required Candidate profile
Experience: 10 + years of hands-on production or supervisory experience in the gold and gemstone jewelry industry
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of gold purity, casting, investment, filing.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
