Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 months of internship experience in IT Recruitment is mandatory.
- Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of IT roles such as Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, QA Engineer, UI/UX Designer, Full Stack Developer, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and video calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms is preferred.
- Understanding and practical use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar) for drafting JDs, writing outreach messages, organizing recruitment workflows, and improving productivity is a must.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
