Job Summary
The CCTV Monitoring Executive is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The role involves identifying suspicious activities, maintaining surveillance records, and reporting incidents promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage and alarm systems on a continuous basis.
- Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- Maintain daily logs and prepare incident reports.
- Retrieve and provide recorded footage whenever required for investigations or audits.
- Ensure all cameras, monitors, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with security personnel, administration, and law enforcement agencies during emergencies.
- Escalate technical issues related to surveillance systems to the concerned team.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies regarding CCTV footage and data privacy.
- Follow standard operating procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Required Skills
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor multiple screens simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations, and surveillance software.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and remain alert for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is preferred.
- Certification in CCTV operations or security management will be an added advantage.

- Timely detection and reporting of incidents.
- Accuracy and completeness of incident logs.
- Compliance with monitoring procedures.
- CCTV system uptime and timely escalation of equipment issues.
