Position: Quality Junior Engineer
Location: Irungattukottai, Sriperumbudur, Chennai
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years (Diploma / B.E – Mechanical)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Description:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products as per quality standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure all products meet quality specifications before dispatch.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Stores teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and
- Measuring Tape for inspection activities.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and company standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for quality audits and customer inspections.
- Follow 5S, safety practices, and quality management procedures on the shop floor.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and fabrication/manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
