Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and sales-oriented Store Managing Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and support customer acquisition and conversion. The candidate must have prior experience in the Kitchen Appliances industry and should be comfortable handling the store, managing leads, interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and taking initiative to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle the physical store and its day-to-day operations.
- Handle leads provided by the company and follow up with potential clients.
- Make outbound calls and convert leads into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
- Attend and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Explain kitchen appliances/products clearly and address customer queries.
- Visit client locations, when required, to better understand their requirements.
- Identify sales opportunities and take proactive initiatives to improve conversions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable kitchen appliance solutions.
- Maintain proper follow-up and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving business targets.
- Maintain basic store records, customer details, and lead follow-up data.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Kitchen Appliances is mandatory.
- Candidates must have prior experience in Kitchen Appliances sales, store management, customer handling, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling, lead follow-up, and customer conversion.
- Good knowledge of kitchen appliances and ability to explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Ability to physically manage and handle store operations.
- Willingness to visit client locations when required.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements and sales needs.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to take initiative independently.
- Basic computer and record-management skills will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
