Job Summary
A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. The Site Supervisor coordinates workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues.
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
- Maintain site records, reports, attendance, and work logs.
- Coordinate material deliveries and monitor inventory levels.
- Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site problems and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, or similar role.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
