Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations within the property. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and company assets by supervising the security team, implementing safety procedures, and handling emergencies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the security department.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate responsibilities to security staff.
- Ensure proper monitoring of all entry and exit points of the property.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Handle incidents, emergencies, disputes, and security breaches professionally.
- Coordinate with management regarding security concerns and daily reports.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper functioning of security equipment.
- Train and guide security guards on safety procedures and emergency handling.
- Maintain records of incidents, visitor logs, and security reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal safety regulations.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services whenever required.
- Investigate complaints, thefts, or suspicious activities within the premises.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism within the security team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 10 years as a Security Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of CCTV operations and basic security systems.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
- Experience in hospitality, casino, hotel, or entertainment industry will be preferred.
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred.
- Relevant security training or certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security operations with supervisory experience preferred.
Salary:
- Salary will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: From ₹14,500.00 per month
