- Minimum 5 Years in Aerospace / Oil & Gas / Machine Shop Industry
Qualification:
- BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- MBA Marketing (Added Advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer projects from enquiry to dispatch
- Develop new business opportunities in Aerospace & Oil & Gas sectors
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Customers
- Prepare project schedules and monitor execution
- Follow up with customers for RFQ, quotations, and orders
- Manage project costing and delivery timelines
- Support production planning and machine loading
- Maintain customer relationships and business growth
- Handle technical discussions with clients
- Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in CNC / VMC Machine Shop operations
- Aerospace & Oil and Gas component manufacturing knowledge
- Project Planning & Execution
- Customer Handling & Marketing Skills
- Production Coordination
- Cost Estimation & Quotation Preparation
- Drawing Understanding & Manufacturing Process Knowledge
- Team Handling Skills
- ERP / Excel / Reporting Knowledge
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in precision machining industries
- Good communication and leadership skills
