Job Summary
Bansal Motors is looking for a responsible and result-oriented *Insurance Executive* to manage vehicle insurance-related activities, customer coordination, renewals, documentation, and insurance claim support.
### Key Responsibilities
1. Handle *new vehicle insurance policies* and ensure timely policy issuance.
2. Manage *insurance renewals* and follow up with existing customers before policy expiry.
3. Coordinate with customers regarding insurance requirements, quotations, documents, and policy details.
4. Coordinate with *insurance companies, agents, surveyors, and internal departments* for smooth processing.
5. Assist customers with *insurance claims*, including documentation and claim-related coordination.
6. Maintain proper records of all insurance policies, renewals, claims, and customer details.
7. Ensure timely follow-up on pending insurance cases and documentation.
8. Generate and maintain *daily, weekly, and monthly insurance reports*.
9. Coordinate with the *Sales, Accounts, Service, and CRM teams* wherever required.
10. Ensure that all insurance-related documents are properly maintained and updated.
11. Follow up with customers for pending payments and required documents.
12. Achieve assigned *insurance sales and renewal targets*.
13. Provide accurate information to customers regarding policy coverage, terms, and renewal requirements.
14. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
15. Perform any other insurance-related responsibilities assigned by management.
### Required Skills
* Good knowledge of *Motor Insurance*
* Knowledge of *new vehicle insurance and policy renewals*
* Basic understanding of insurance claims and documentation
* Good communication and customer-handling skills
* Good follow-up and negotiation skills
* Basic knowledge of *MS Excel, MS Word, and email*
* Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
* Target-oriented and disciplined approach
* Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and insurance companies
### Qualification & Experience
* *Qualification:* Graduate preferred
* *Experience:* 1–3 years in Motor Insurance / Automobile Dealership / Insurance Sector preferred
* Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
