Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with 12+ years of industry experience to lead product strategy, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Lead and mentor product development teams
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
- Create timelines, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage budgets and resource planning
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in product management or related roles
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred
Pay: ₹446,698.96 - ₹1,329,379.04 per year
