Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Processing Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end operational processing activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, process management, team-handling, and operational excellence skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily processing operations and workflow activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop, implement, and improve processing procedures and operational workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and manage processing teams to achieve departmental goals.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor workload distribution.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports, productivity reports, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure customer/client requirements are met within agreed timelines.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Operations, Processing, Back Office Operations, Project Processing, or Process Management.
- Experience managing teams and handling operational performance metrics.
- Knowledge of quality management and process improvement methodologies.
