Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, performance management, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and respective department heads.
Prepare and release job descriptions, offer letters, and appointment letters.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
Conduct exit formalities and coordinate exit interviews.
Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
3. HR Operations & Attendance
Manage daily attendance, leave, WFH, and employee records.
Monitor adherence to company policies and working hours.
Coordinate with employees and managers regarding attendance discrepancies.
Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation.
4. Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary-related inputs.
Verify attendance, leaves, deductions, incentives, and other payroll components.
Maintain employee documentation and support statutory/compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external vendors or consultants whenever required.
5. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal and review processes.
Coordinate KRAs, performance reviews, PIPs, and employee feedback.
Track employee performance and assist managers with performance-related documentation.
6. Employee Engagement
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Support employee communication and grievance handling.
7. HR Policies & Processes
Assist in creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure employees understand and follow company policies.
Identify gaps in HR processes and suggest improvements.
8. HR Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, attrition, payroll, and employee performance.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Ensure HR documentation is organized and up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee engagement.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
