Key Responsibilities
- Handle counselling sessions for prospective students and walk-in enquiries.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain a database of leads and conversions.
- Provide accurate course information and suggest suitable options based on customer needs.
- Ensure smooth admission procedures and complete documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
- Handle calls and provide timely responses to queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling and/or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, empathetic, and professional in approach.
- Comfortable in managing walk-in and telephonic inquiries.
- Ability to multitask and meet targets within deadlines.
