Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders and serve ice cream, shakes, and desserts.
- Handle billing and cash/POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the store.
- Ensure products are displayed and stocked as per company standards.
- Follow food safety and operational guidelines.
- Assist in daily opening and closing store activities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a great customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Honest, punctual, and customer-focused.
