Job Summary:
The Order Execution Team Member will be responsible for end-to-end execution of orders related to In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products, including reagents, consumables, and instruments. The role requires close coordination with sales teams, hospitals, laboratories, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant delivery while maintaining product integrity and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Execute and process orders for IVD products including reagents, kits, and diagnostic instruments
- · Coordinate with sales team for order confirmation, pricing, and customer requirements
- · Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive and time-critical diagnostic products
- · Plan and coordinate dispatches with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery to hospitals, labs, and institutions
- · Maintain complete documentation including invoices, delivery challans, batch details, and warranty certificates
- · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to IVD products (batch traceability, expiry tracking, etc.)
- · Track order lifecycle from receipt to delivery and proactively resolve delays or issues
- · Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability, FEFO (First Expiry First Out) management, and inventory updates
- · Handle returns, replacements, and complaint resolution, especially for damaged or expired products
- · Support tender/Government orders (GeM, institutional supplies) and ensure proper documentation submission
- · Maintain communication with customers regarding order status, dispatch details, and delivery timelines
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- · Knowledge of IVD products (reagents, consumables, analyzers) and handling requirements
- · Understanding of cold chain logistics and sensitive product handling
- · Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- · High attention to detail, especially for batch, expiry, and documentation accuracy
- · Good communication skills for dealing with hospitals, labs, and vendors
- · Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Qualifications & Experience:
- · Bachelor’s degree (Science preferred – Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences)
- · 1–3 years of experience in IVD distribution / healthcare supply chain / pharma distribution

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
