Barista with 1-2 years work experience and a keen interest in coffee.
Must haves:
- Maintains a high level of customer service. Positive, outgoing attitude.
- Basic knowledge of different roast and flavour profiles, i.e, medium vs dark roast.
- Experience with both espresso based and pour over hot/iced beverages.
- Keeps a clean work environment, follows good hygiene.
- Knows how to texture milk and create latte art.
- Team player.
This position reports to the Head Barista.
