We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Floating Manager to oversee retail store operations across multiple locations in Delhi/NCR. The Floating Manager will provide leadership support wherever required, ensure smooth store functioning, maintain operational standards, drive sales performance, and manage teams effectively. This role requires flexibility to travel between stores and quickly adapt to different business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day retail operations in assigned stores.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Maintain professionalism in stores.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Drive customer engagement and promote sales growth initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Lead, motivate, and coach store teams to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, and workforce management.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Ensure adherence to audit, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit operational and performance reports.
- Support store openings, closures, and special projects as required.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of retail management experience in a retail store, fashion, lifestyle.
- Proven experience in team leadership and store operations management.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and customer service practices.

- Willingness to travel frequently between store locations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
