Business Development Manager / Business Operations Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an organized, communication-driven professional to act as the bridge between our clients, our team, and management. You'll own the day-to-day coordination of projects — from the first lead enquiry to final delivery — ensuring clients are heard, teams are aligned, and deadlines are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring professional and timely communication at every stage
- Represent Intellyze at business meetings, networking events, and client visits, projecting the company's values and capabilities
- Assign tasks to team members, follow up on progress, and remove roadblocks to keep work moving
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed and delivered on time, to the expected quality standard
- Manage the flow of communication between higher management and staff, keeping both sides informed and aligned
- Handle inward leads — respond to enquiries, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and scope documents for prospective and existing clients
- Assist in closing projects, including final reviews, client sign-offs, and handover documentation
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage client meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
REQUIREMENTS
- 0–4 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, business development, or operations (agency experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
- Women restarting their career after a break are warmly encouraged to apply
- Languages: English and Malayalam required; Hindi preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with task management and communication tools (e.g., Trello/Asana, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace)
- Presentable, confident, and comfortable representing the brand in front of clients and partners
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude — you chase updates before anyone asks
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
