The Field Marketing Executive will represent the company in the field, engage with potential customers, conduct promotional activities, generate leads, collect market feedback, and support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations and meet potential customers, partners, or institutions.
- Promote company products and services through direct interactions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Organize marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in face-to-face customer interactions.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Good presentation and networking abilities.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and mobile applications.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing can apply.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
