Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–14 years of experience in Pega PRPC development
- Strong knowledge of Pega concepts:
- Case Management
- Flows, Activities, UI, Data Pages
- Decision Rules, Integrations
- Experience with Pega versions 7.x / 8.x
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Pega CSA / CSSA / LSA certification
- Experience with Pega integrations (REST/SOAP, JMS, DB)
- Exposure to performance tuning and production support
