Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic Operator Trainees to join our Production team at our manufacturing facility in Chennai. Candidates should be willing to work in a production environment and learn machine operations while following quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines.
- Assist in production activities as per daily targets.
- Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Record production details and machine parameters.
- Coordinate with supervisors for smooth production.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Follow ISO/IATF manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing or machine operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and learning mindset.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
