Experienced IT Project Manager with 8–10 years of experience in managing end-to-end IT delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and successful delivery of software, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects. The candidate should be capable of leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional teams comprising business analysts, developers, QA engineers, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
Track project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks using established project management methodologies.
Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Manage project change requests through formal change control processes.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Monitor project KPIs and prepare dashboards for senior leadership.
Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) or Waterfall governance as applicable.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and quality processes.
Support transition to operations and project closure activities.
