Job Opening: Abacus Instructor (Women Candidates)
SIP Abacus is seeking enthusiastic and committed women candidates to join our team as Abacus Instructors. This role involves conducting abacus classes for children and contributing to their overall cognitive development through structured learning methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct abacus classes for children as per the prescribed curriculum
- Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment
- Monitor students’ progress and provide guidance where required
- Coordinate with centre management for smooth class operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Women candidates only)
- Strong interest in teaching and working with children
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays
Training & Support
- No prior teaching experience is required
- Comprehensive Abacus training will be provided before commencement of classes
Work Schedule
- Regular classes on Saturdays and Sundays
- One additional one-hour compensation class on a weekday
